Jenny is a seasoned product leader with two decades of experience building successful products, platforms, and businesses. Prior to founding TCR and building Foundations product software, she spent a decade in New York City start-ups, where she was instrumental in guiding two growth stage software companies to liquidity events (AppNexus acquired by AT&T and ideeli by Groupon). Jenny excels in testing, launching, building, and scaling products and marketplaces and defining and utilizing data signals and business metrics to clearly define and measure success. Prior to her start-up career, she was a Strategy & Operations consultant at Deloitte.

Josh is a highly accomplished product and brand designer with 15 years experience in both in-house and agency roles. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience with digital platforms and prior to founding TCR and building Foundations product software, he  worked in innovation and leadership roles with companies such as Oscar Health, Nike, R/GA, SuperRare, Omio, and Code & Theory. In addition to his professional pursuits, Josh has also taught Digital Interaction Design at the School of Visual Arts in New York. His expertise lies in creating high-quality digital design solutions that drive business outcomes.
